\nI was born on 10 Oct 1959, which left me 12 years old, or so, when Bloody-Sunday<\/strong><\/span> happened in my home town of Derry.
\nMy mother knew I had been throwing stones at the British army for a while before that and
\ncombined with our whole family having been at the anti-internment protest on Magilligan Strand the week before<\/strong>, being up close and unfriendly with the same regiment, caused her to forbid me to cross the bridge to the Historic march\u2026
\nI protested and begged, but her mind was made up: “your word of honour or you don\u2019t get out that door”.
\nSo I promised and, though we saw the aftermath the next day, I was spared being right where the most of those people were killed, which would, in turn, have got me killed, probably\u2026 Thanks, ma; it took a few years to appreciate the ban, but it was sensible, given my strong position, to put it mildly, on the British occupation\u2026<\/strong>
\nIn June of that same year, I heard of a thing called the \u201cIrish College\u201d and, being in a \u201cCatholic\u201d grammar school, was ignorant of my own history and didn\u2019t even know that the very language I spoke was forced on my ancestors\u2026<\/strong>
\nSo, with not more than a few words of \u201cIrish\u201d, which was being taught to us in a way that would guarantee we never ever got proficient in it, I headed off on holiday with some of my school-friends.
\nI understood just about nothing: \u201cduine ar bith\u2026\u201d (anybody) this, duine ar bith\u2026 that\u2026 were understood as that we were about to get our dinner!
\nBut, on the afternoon of the last day there, our teacher, a Belfast learned Irish speaker, broke into English\u2026
\nRoughly it went as follows: I\u2019m going to use English now, because I want to be sure you all understand what I\u2019m going to tell you\u2026<\/strong> and he went through the complete summary of the history of Ireland and of our language.<\/strong><\/span>
\nI went home understanding WHY\u2026<\/strong> My life could never return to being ignorant of this and I began to learn Irish full tilt.
\nAny time the subject of \u201ccareers\u201d came up, my answer was: \u201cI want to do a degree in Celtic Studies\u201d\u2026 I had done a deeper dive into the history in the meantime, since we had a few books at home\u2026
\nSo, to keep this short, I arrived in Belfast in October 1978 to do Celtic.<\/strong><\/span>
\nThat had me living there during the Hunger-Strikes in Long Kesh<\/strong> and, although not officially in the republican movement, I was on most of the protests and at the first 5 funerals.
\nAnd here is the crux: I had a fair understanding of what was going on at the time<\/strong>, but, being a young, shy, emotional, heavy-drinking student, I had no standing in my community\u2026 fair enough, but after Patsy O\u2019Hara\u2019s funeral I \u201cswore\u201d that if the British let Joe McDonnell die, that I would join the Provos. There is no way, in hindsight, that they would have accepted me, but that was not a factor in this life-sketch\u2026 So, when Joe died, I was going to his funeral almost as new recruit, which caused me to run towards the British attack that day instead of away from it\u2026<\/strong>
\nWhen the dust had settled, I had seen another wonder: the firing-party was in the exact same spot; exact same \u201csafe\u201d-house; a fully open and undefended road which allowed the Brits to attack us completely by surprise.<\/strong><\/span> That night, as I went over those details in my head, I concluded: \u201cI\u2019m not joinin\u2019 that \u2026\u201d<\/strong>
\nSo I packed my wee rucksack and jumped on the Rosslare boat to France.
\nFor years after this, I called myself all the bad names of the day and drank even more\u2026 not nice\u2026
\nI got my degree, just about, since youth is wasted on the young, but was certain I was not interested in \u201cAcademia\u201d, so I drifted for years between jobs: mechanic, taxi-driver, sub-teacher, travelling music-teacher\u2026 playing music, drinking like a fish\u2026
\nBut, since I had been raised with outdoor life: fishing, camping, climbing hills, building wee huts, etc, I at last got hooked on rock-climbing, mountaineering, etc, which settled me a bit and curbed the alcohol-intake to some extent.
\nFast-forward to around 1992ish<\/strong> and I was told that a musician-friend of mine had just got a 20 year sentence\u2026 so I arranged a visit. I remember the core of this clearly: I said: Och Tarlach, you didn\u2019t go away and get yourself 20 years!!\u201d;
\n\u201cAye\u201d, says Tarlach, \u201cbut sure the oul country needs freed\u201d<\/strong>.
\nThat was the antidote to my regrets and so I vowed there and then, when the time was right and I could see a role for myself, that I, too, would serve.<\/strong><\/span>
\nWhen my father died in February 2000, my poor mother having been well down the road of alseimers and in a home for some years, I accepted that I had no more responsibilities in Derry and volunteered, without telling anybody as such, to cross the \u201cborder\u201d and \u201cfind out what the hell was going on” with our language and freedom struggle from that point of view.<\/strong>

\nI have been under deadly attack since this was published:<\/strong><\/span> cars, rumours, malicious slanders, arsons and much more, all done by agents of the British state in Ireland who saw\/see me – see the truth – as a threat to their affluent lifestyles\u2026<\/strong><\/span>
\nI began travelling then, looking for support, but it seemed that every door I knocked on had had a visit from an agent before me. Zero result, except more attacks<\/strong>.<\/span>
\nWhat began as a study centred on language, became, as you would see if you read the report, the beginning of searching for AND FINDING the root-cause of our problems and CREATING a viable antidote to this national disease.<\/strong>

\nMy volunteering is now permanent<\/strong> and I will do exactly what is needed to move our struggle for justice and peace forward.<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe Global situation has taken a serious turn for the worse since 2020,<\/strong><\/span> but at least now there is somebody with a hand on the wheel as we are battered by 4-plus planned genocidal attacks on the human race<\/span> that I call my \u201cboss\u201d.<\/span><\/strong>
\nEvery single state-funded organisation now does the opposite of what it\u2019s name tells us it does<\/strong><\/span>, so my work is just about as difficult as possible\u2026
\nBut I survived to serve – and I will serve.<\/strong><\/span>

History repeats itself because the rich and powerful continue to succeed using these basic strategies:<\/span>
\n Coercion+Propaganda; Divide+Rule; Censor+Provoke; “Protect”\/Submit<\/strong><\/span>
\n and, above all, use of nature as a scapegoat. \u2028They use all means at their disposal to get rid of as many human beings as possible – but rule no 1 is: Don’t be seen: the big lie replaces truth… the Media have a bottomless purse and all opposition is censored and demonised.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This information control, censorship and “flooding the zone” so we cannot think, are absolutely incompatible with democracy; yet most people still believe we live in a democracy and thus give full trust and allegience to this perversion of democracy. Real democracy has no constituencies, no parties, no state-misinformation, and none of the lies and propaganda that are the lifeblood of the current “smiling dictatorship”.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The MEDIA is the “Weapon of Mass Deception” and is every bit as powerful as any physical weapon.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Our defence does not even begin until we have gathered a few dedicated people who are prepared to give all their time in our defence. \u2028Then and only then can we work on the outlines I drew in my video “The Way Forward”<\/strong>.\u2028 There is a self-sustaining facility here at our disposal.\u2028 If you are dependant on that evil r\u00e9gime, you are in danger. Our work has this fact as a top priority. Consider the deliberate and premeditated U.S. terrorist attack on the NordStream pipeline, the effects of which will take time and seem remote from the demolition work that caused them – just like the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq\u2026<\/span>
\n Make no mistake about it: the dictatorship is at war with the human race – each and every one of us.<\/span>
